1. Service

GhostCallers provides a free community-driven reverse phone lookup service for the United Kingdom. The information we display is contributed by users and is offered "as is" without warranties of accuracy or completeness.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, defamatory, or unlawful reports.
• Include personal information (names, addresses, card numbers, etc.) in reports.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual.
• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or republish content from GhostCallers without our written permission.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the site.

3. Reports and moderation

We moderate reports on a best-effort basis. Reports may be hidden, edited, or removed at our discretion. By submitting a report, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to display it on GhostCallers.

4. No legal advice

Information on GhostCallers is not legal, financial, or professional advice. If you have been the victim of fraud, contact Action Fraud (0300 123 2040) and your bank.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GhostCallers Ltd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these terms, with or without notice.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
